When I realised that I was attracting the wrong kind of men in my relationships, I knew I had to do some soul-searching. That led me to realise that I had a hard time setting healthy boundaries in relationships. 

Without boundaries, we often end up giving and giving, until we have nothing left to give in our relationships.

We end up feeling used, taken advantage of, taken for granted, or violated because we lacked the courage to speak up and assert ourselves when we needed to.
